Rates
We have two types of clients, business users and home users. You may well fall into both areas, it doesn't really matter as we are very flexible on pricing.
Business users typically attract non contract rates of £500 per day or £75 per hour plus VAT, with lower pricing for remote support, both remote link and telephone support.
Home users we bill at a no-fix no fee rate of £30 per hour for on-site work, and £20 per hour for remote support (inclusive of VAT). Often (very very often), time is rounded down and also any bills are made fair, for example, if a virus infestation requires a couple of hours on site, and then a further 8 hours back at our offices for a full clean up, we'd typically only bill for a couple of hours on-site. In four years of serving the local area we have always had clients coming back time and time again, so hopefully we are doing something right.

I'm often asked why the huge difference in pricing between business and home users, mainly it's due to requirements, we get calls from businesses all over the world requiring assistance, often we're making solutions work where others have failed, especially when it comes to imaging devices and complex network or server issues. Home users also tend to be local, require a lot less travelling and to be frank, require a lower price point.
Business Remote support contracts
The majority of our business clients have remote support contracts. These are an economical way to ensure rapid IT response in the event of an issue. Most (and the last stats indicated in excess of 97%) of all support calls can be dealt with remotely, either using remote control software over a virtual private network connection (over the internet) to an entire site, or by using the SibitSupport tool downloadable from the main menu (top of page).
Remote support also includes telephone support.

Server support includes daily monitoring of server logs and priority response in case of failure.
Servers are routinely checked for patch compliance and updates are applied as required.
