Remote support contracts
The majority of our clients have remote support contracts. These are an economical way to ensure rapid IT response in the event of an issue. Most (and the last stats indicated in excess of 97%) of all support calls can be dealt with remotely, either using remote control software over a virtual private network connection (over the internet) to an entire site, or by using the SibitSupport tool downloadable from the main menu (top of page).
Remote support also includes telephone support.
If you have never tried remote support before by all means download the support tool and try it yourself, we would request however that you phone us first so that we know who you are.
Server support includes daily monitoring of server logs and priority response in case of failure.
Servers are routinly checked for patch compliance and updates are applied as required.
