If your computer is slowing down, your getting annoying pop-ups every minute, or it just likes to fall over just before you hit the save button, then it's likely it's time your computer had a full service.  Just like cars your PC appreciates a some tender care once in a while to ensure it is working at it's best.

Cleaning can be a simple case of a one hour site visit, removal of spyware and malware, and general optimisation.  Alternatively for systems that have really been abused, a total wipe down and reinstallation might be the most appropriate action.  We can normally tell what would be best by either listening to the symptoms you are experiencing or by looking at the machine itself.

In the case of total re-install we strongly suggest the system comes back to base, not only does this mean we can backup your existing data before the big wipe (ready for it to be added back in after), but it saves you money.  We can busy performing other tasks which enables us to charge you less (hence why our off-site fees are a lot less than our on-site fees).  We typically take no more than three hours for a complete off-site cleanup.
